How much PPH charges for direct internal bank transfer?

I need to know how much PPH charges for an international bank transfer.
As i am having some trouble in verifying my Paypal account. I have already submitted docs for verification and waiting.

  GBP International bank transfer £19.99
  USD International bank transfer $29.99
  EUR International bank transfer €19.99

  Better to use Payoneer, they offer GBP USD and EUR bank accounts and cards , low fees $25 bonus when you receive your first $100

  Its been a week and still my account is not verified.

  There are other freelancing platforms much better and more organized. Why does PPH charges a lot of amount when someone tries to withdraw money?

  Is there any specific logic behind this?
