Random Audits of Sellers Work before Payment Completion

So i recently had an issue with a design company on PPH where they had made me 2 sites. Overall these sites like good to the eye when the designer claimed they were finished so naturally i assumed the job was completed.

After a disagreement with the seller due to pricing structures i decided to try a new freelancer. After an analysis by the new freelancer it uncovered that the first first designer had left things a total mess behind the scenes with errors and conflicts all over the place which i am now having to pay to get these problems rectified.

I raised a support issue about this to PPH but it seems that as i had already released funds from escrow i could only make a complaint and get the seller put on a watchlist.

So my suggestion is that randomly in house web designers, graphic designers etc check over work done by sellers before payment is release to protect buyers from being in a similar circumstance to me.
