I've submitted all my details for a bank account, but it still says 'pending'

Sorry about that. Your bank account documents will be verified shortly. In the meantime we need other documents as well from you in order to complete verification of your account. Please attach the documents in your account under the following link, under "identification documents" then our payments team will verify, after that you would be able to withdraw your funds.

• a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)
• a copy of a recent utility bill or statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old)
