Accounting Review & Portfolio pictures specs!

Hi,
My account was submitted to review from more that 3 days but I did not got any notifications or emails after that! what is my current status right now am I accepted or not ?

Also all my portfolio pictures are distorted so kindly tell me the exact specs in pixels or at least the ration between width and height to re-upload them so that they do not appear distorted as they are now.

I have successfully fixed the cover distortion as you are specifying the size to be 1170 x 330. However, I could not find the specs of the portfolio pics documented.

Yes please tell me where is this ticketing system as I can not find any direct or fast way to contact PPH support I can not find any direct support email nor tick system
