PAYMENT TRANSFER ISSUE

Hi everybody;

I need your advice. How come it takes so long for my identification id should be approve? the first one . If i didn't request to submit cmr support they didn't work on it. Is there a way they can make it fast? I need my money for my babys' Birthday. what number I can contact to call them direct the customer support? I already inform them i need the money but they want me to wait another 2 working days. But it takes already 6 working days that i already sub,it from the attempt placing my identification card. I calling them make it easier and faster? or do i have to wait ?

I'm having the same problem! Its unacceptable! its ok when they take our money! But we cant have ours! not impressed at all!
