Make the "Availability Settings" clearer and all in one place rather than on multiple screens

The current "availability settings" are somewhat confusing and are spread around the site in various locations. In the "availability settings" screen, we can set our work days and off days (which extends the delivery date of the hourlie but doesn't stop people purchasing hourlies while we're on holiday). To set our immediate availability, we have to go to the right-hand top menu. If we want to stop our hourlies from being purchased while on holiday, we have to "pause" each individual hourlie in that hourlie's screen. If you have multiple hourlies, it's inefficient to click through each hourlie and pause them.
Can we please have all the availability settings on the one availability screen rather than spread around the site in multiple locations. Can we also please have a "pause all hourlies" button in the availability screen and individual toggles in that screen to pause certain hourlies?
Could the names of these settings also be renamed to improve clarity - the names should be self-explanatory without us having to read all of the FAQs. For example, the "available/busy" toggle in the right-hand top menu would be clearer as "available now/busy now". "Off days" would be clearer as "Not available on x days so hourlies delivery dates will be extended accordingly". "Pause hourlie" would be clearer as "Make hourlie unavailable".
The word "pause" in the current context is misleading because the actual option that pauses the hourlie is the "off days" option, while the "pause" option actually stops the hourlie. Can this wording be clarified please?

I also noticed recently that aside from the availability settings, it would be good to have an "out of office" style message that could be set to tell buyers I'm unable to respond. It's great being able to pause an hourlie and extend the dates, but if buyers don't look at those things, they won't know why I'm not replying if they message me. Could this be added too?
