Can I re-submit my application?

Hello!

This is Najeeb, and created my account on PPH last day, but received an email again and again to resubmit my application and provide my original location. I did the same (I was thinking that this was the only reason that my application is not accepted) but after re-submitting application several times, I received an email from PPH that my application can not be accepted.

So I wish to ask, that can I get another chance, in order to improve my profile and submit it again? Because I was not guided well, I was only told do provide my original location, and now they ignored to accept my application.
