Yes this is correct, nothing to transfer to your client , it's PPH 10% refund fee , tell him to check the terms pages 6.2 Refund policy

    Thanks Mohammed.

Seems unfair that I cannot give him all his money back.

Client is angry with me. He is right. It is unprofessional of me not to refund in full.

How can I transfer the missing £1.50 to the client, using PPH?

it's not you , it's the system who that takes 10%

The refund fee is waived in case the Seller is at fault for the refund per Section 6.4 - tell him to ask the support for full refund, PPH will transfer the missing £1.50 -

    Hi Mohammed,

There is no fault in this case. It is mutual. But I don't want my CERT to go down, because of this.

How much would it cost for PPH to pay him and I pay then PPH.

I am a little surprised by all this - this is such a simple problem that is taking hours of my time to sort out.

First your cert won't go down for 1-2 refunds/disputes, and esp when it's not your fault.

10% fee is in the terms page and it applies to all buyers here , now if you want to pay him the missing £1.50 , either try from the Workstream page to issue a refund -you will be asked to enter reason- to be reviewed and accepted by mod/admin not sure if this will work, or from this very same page bottom right corner -click the orange/white cloud- open a ticket and ask support, they will help.
