i need to start time tracker right now and client is not agreed for manual time. give some help as soon as possible

Hi Kelly, thanks for opening a ticket but just wish to bring in your attention that a ticket was already opened for same matter but I was not getting a response from senior executive.
My previous REQUEST was #536560 and created new request as I was not able to get response since last 2 days. I am so sorry if bothering you but its or so much urgency.
Abstract of previous request: I would request you to enable me to participate in this beta version of time tracker application (my access key is not showing however it was working previously and I was under same assumption) and reason is that I have brought this client to PPH with giving him assurance that PPH has an hourly job option while he was repeating continuously that he don't like PPH and he want to work with upwork only as it allow hom to pay per hour work done (I don't like upwork as they charge too heavy fees, i.e 20% fee) and I insisted that PPH have hourly billing option as I was not aware with fact that its on testing mode, so now if I will tell client this fact he will lose trust in me as well as PHP and may go away.
Also I assure you I can provide a lot of feedback while using this feature as I have almost 3+ years of experience with all sort of portala like UW, Freelancer, Guru, Elance etc...
Previous support person was very nice and he had escalated this to senior executive but we didn't hear back from any senior person since last 2 days and we are at verge of loosing this client along with PPH.
