Pending Payment

I've supplied all the documents requested. Payment from 23rd May still pending yet you approved a payment from yesterday. So that makes no sense. What is the issue with releasing my other money - PPH are preventing me from paying bills.

I am not happy and whoever messaged me back has stopped responding to me. I want my money released. you have all my identification. This needs to be sorted today.
