Awarded jobs flag

Does anyone know if there's a way to see when jobs you've gone for have been awarded to someone else, without having to go and look on all the individual pages? It would help if there was a flag put on them on the dashboard. I always check the 'notify me if someone else gets the job' button, but I don't get a notification very often.
