My hourlie keeps getting rejected

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get my hourly approved. I've looked at other posts, changed bits, added more detail and it's now the 5th or 6th time it's been rejected. The generic message I receive is now just getting frustrating! Help much appreciated. Thank you
