Hi
I submitted details about my bank to PPH and supporting documents but my bank account is still pending. Please why is this happening?

  We are glad that you have provided documents. We have now forwarded your documents to our payments team. We hope they will verify it and approve your account on Monday as our payments team not available on weekends. Hope this helps.
