unable to post clarification question

hi
i am unable to post clarification question to a client
as soon as i posted i got a mail
that was saying i can violate the following rules

no contact details are revealed
you are not advertising your skills
no spam content is included
the content of the question is detailed and clear for the buyer to answer

but i am sure i dint violated any above rules
as i was asking the client just to share some reference images for the project

can you plz help me on this issue
