Hi, I have submitted the monthly statement of our CEO's Paypal account as verification documents. But it is being rejected by giving a reason: Documents -PPH account name mismatch. Please help me to sort out this issue.

  We have checked with our payments team and they informed that the documents your provided was rejected because the documents name and PPH account name mismatch. So please provide the documents which matches with the PPH account then our payments team will verify and approve your account. Hope this is clear.

  Use any other withdrawal method were the name matches. you can use Payoneer, Paypal Skrill or bank transfer.
