I spoke with your support people over the weekend and they told me that you were trying to fix it. Could you possibly try harder? The inability to post questions is putting me off bidding and thus potentially losing money. Making a proposal (properly) takes time as well as costing credits, so I'm unwilling to make a proposal that is likely to be costed incorrectly.
The amount you hit us for commission means that we are paying customers; please keep us informed and if you can't fix the new system back it out and replace it with the old one! PLEASE!
