Non existent customer service
I had an invoiced paid by a client on Friday morning and it has been sat in pending since. I have worked with this client previously and had no issues. I e-mailed the infuriatingly named 'customer service ninjas' that morning, hearing nothing back.
Since then, I've sent a further seven e-mails to try and get a response, but still haven't heard a peep. This is completely unacceptable considering that we pay substantial fees on this platform, and to not even offer the courtesy of a 'we are looking into it' or 'XYZ is the problem, sorry for the hold up.' Just nothing. Silence.
Sort your act out and start treating your customers properly. Over 72 hours without a reply is disgraceful and the fact I will have had to have waited at least 5 days to get a payment moving from pending to approved is crazy.

Yep and it still hasn't been sorted. This is the third working day now, having seen what Giuseppe has said on the other post that he is now on his fourth working day without getting paid I'm not holding any hope out. I've got two children here and I put that invoice in on Friday morning. It's not a wealthy existence freelancing so when a company messes you around with payments it has a massive, immediate impact.
As with all other people who have a delayed payment problem, I got the generic 'we're dealing with it as quick as possible, security checks bla bla bla.'
The funny thing is that the client has already paid the money into a deposit, why not do the security checks whilst I'm doing the bloody job!!!!
