Cannot withdraw to Paypal even though it's approved!

Hello,
I cannot withdraw my money to paypal even though its status is approved.
Whenever i try to request a withdrawal i still get the same message saying i need to provide identity documents.

Can you please help?

  We have checked your account and found that you haven't uploaded all the documents required for verification of your account. We request you to upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account.

  We still need

  -> a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)
  -> a copy of a recent utility bill or statement showing your name and address (less than 3 months old)

  Hello. I can't withdraw using my paypal. It's approved but when I click "select where you want to withdraw funds from" my paypal is not showing.
