10% Refund Fee
I purchased an hourlie on 18th July. Since then, I have not been contacted by the seller and the seller hasn't carried out the work.
I have requested a refund and now notice I am losing 10% because of this. Is this correct? If it is, this is unfair, I purchased and paid for work in good faith.
This policy will prevent me from proceeding to purchase any more services with PPH, as I was about to.
