    Thank you for your message.

    Sorry to hear about this. I can see this invoice was approved from the buyer on Saturday and as you know we always request the users to allow us 3 working days (i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays) to process the invoice from the time the buyer has approved the invoice. Please rest assured, your funds are safe and we will process your invoice as soon as possible.
