UK Bank account approval

Can anyone advise me about how long it takes for PPH to approve bank accounts?

I provided them with my bank account details 1 week ago and have heard nothing.

I now want to withdraw my earnings and can't.

The support desk simply told me that my details had been passed on and 'hopefully they will process it soon'.

Anyone else had this problem?
