withdrawing my money into my bank

Hi anyone out there!! I am trying to withdraw my first payment from PPH into my Barclays bank. But the dropdown box says no to withdrawing to a bank? How do I proceed?

  Hi Ann,

  Many thanks for your message.
  I can see that you have provided us with your bank account thank you very much. As for the other documents, your ID and your Utility Bill, I would kindly ask you to proceed and send them in a bigger size if this is possible.

  As soon as we verify your account the funds will be transferred.
