real location providing !

Hello,

Now, I have received an email from pph in order to provide my real location.

I was wonder how could I do so, there is no any field or section to set my real location. 

Now: I'm in cario,egypt.

  Thank you for your message.

  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

  We found that your location on your profile is not matching with your IP address. Hence it has been rejected by our moderations team. Please send us any utility bill or driving license with your name and address on it, so that we will forward it to our moderations team to look into it and approve your seller application.

  Hi 

  have you provide them verification documents?

  if not then kindly send them verification document. you can simple send your national identity that contain you image and your name clearly on it in English or driving licence or any prove of identity and any utility bill only maximum 3 month old and paid. 

  both document you can upload in setting section.
