Why my Withdrawal request is not completed

This time 48 hours completed of my withdrawal request but it's still pending please help me.

  Many thanks for your message. Please not that we do not process payments over the weekend. We require up to 72 working hours to complete withdrawal requests.
  Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
