You have the right to hold the money for 10 days means you will hold it 10 days
I did "some" invoices and this is freaking slow.
While withdrawal took 2 days, approving an invoice takes 10 days.
You know, you get 15% from first 250$, so is this a scheme to earn more money?
You say you hold the money rarely, but I've rarely that happen. All I've seen is delay, delay and delay.
Due to huge requests? Don't make me laugh, its the same payment team who lets me withdraw the money and get paid by an invoice.
Then you said in support ticket that there is a limit before you hold the money, and that is $100. There is no TOS about that. Forget it, it's been 5 days since I raised and client paid that 100$ invoice. I wonder what will happen to the rest of the invoice. If it takes more than 6 days, then you get 15% from first 250$. Good for you :) .
The project was delayed because of PPH, client paid on time, but it didn't reach me, a bitter experience I had. Other freelancing sites do all payment processing automatically. And here in PPH, we gotta wait for some team to approve the payment.
Your reputation is going down for sure.
So, did I ask the right question?
You have the right to hold the payment for 10 days means you WILL hold the payment for 10 days. Right?
