    I have my Skrill account verified, have submitted my bank statement from 1st Jan 2016 to tilll date, but I am still unable to withdraw my money, Please help

    Hi, I have the exact same problem, both documents have been reviewed and approved yet I still cannot withdraw funds. I have created a ticket for the matter but haven't heard from you for a day now. Could someone please pick this up and confirm withdrawals are up and running again? Thank you
