Buyer has changed the budget to a ridiculous price!

I sent the buyer a proposal as she required an "Expert" to get the job done in the description. Just a moment ago she has changed her budget to a ridiculous price and requires "Entry level". I canceled the proposal as this is definitely an insult to any real professionals. PPH i really think this is unfair to seller who has wasted credits on this kind of cheap behavior....
