PPH fees

There is some problem with my PPH fees which I can't understand. Last month, I earned $474 and still I was charged 15% for the last two projects. However, it should have been 3.5%. So, I thought may be those projects were included in August. But in my august statement, it shows zero income. Can you please check it out?
