I am trying to send proposal to the invites which i got but failed please help.

  Hi Pankaj,

  Many thanks for your message. It looks like you already sent a proposal to this job. Unfortunately you are unable to directly contact a buyer once you've sent them a proposal until they have contacted you first. This is why you are unable to send your message in this workstream.
