Withdrawal funds disappeared...

I requested to withdraw funds from PPH back to my bank accounts that I have deposited with and was told it could take upto  working days. It is now way past that and nothing. I can also see nothing from my account set up that shows either a deposit history or withdraw history which seems crazy. 

Please answer my question otherwise I will have to contact my credit card issuer for a refund.
