Keep getting forced to re-submit application

I am trying to put through an application but got this error returned:

Provide your real name and location.

Upload quality Portfolio - Note that competition for creative services is very tough.

Both my name and location are included in my details, so I don't know why I'm being asked to do this. Also, I work in eLearning (which you don't offer as a main skill so I can't make this my headline) and my work is not the type that can be shown in a 'file'. It is usually on a website and behind logins etc. so your portfolio facilities are not compatible. This is why I provided links to LinkedIn and my website.

Please advise how I can resolve this.
