Why can't i withdraw my money ?

I am trying to withdraw my pph wallet into my bank account, but i cannot select my bank account because it shows that it is pending. Why is this ? i have submitted a bank statement for proof but it is still pending. Need your help, thanks

  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

  We have checked with our payments team and they informed that still you need to provide a provide id, proof of address and PayPal account statement to verify your account.

  I have submitted my ID document and bank statement as proof of my address. I hope your team can now verify my account based on these documents. Please let me know if there are any issues.
