I've submitted all the requested documents for verification, and still get the pending status. How long does this process take before it becomes operational ?

  Did you consider adding your Payoneer? It's the most convenient way I've found out so far to withdraw from PPH. And the delay is for your security reason.
  
  Saturday and Sunday are holiday for PPH stuff and these are not counted as business days.
