has anyone else had their hourlies copied?

i recently did a bit of googling to see where i showed up in the rankings and i was astonished to see results were being thrown up for Fiverr (another freelance site and one of which I am not a member...)

 

I followed the link and found to my horror that not one but two freelancers had lifted my hourlie text in its entirety and one of them had also stolen my picture (I do not use stock images and this was a picture i had actually taken.)

I tried contacting the seller but in the end I just served the hosting site with a notice and the hourlies were down in seconds...

 

I contacted PPH about this but they never even got back to me.

 

Has anyone else had this?

  Lol this happens lot of time, even few people copied my whole account same with all hourlies to there profile, even few images from my portfolio to there portfolio. i try to contact the seller but never get reply from him, 

  there must be a rule against this type of behavior
