Unable to withdraw funds from account

Hello support,

I have been using pph for freelancing and have withdrawn funds from it before. but now when i try to withdraw funds  I keep getting this message "To help us verify your identity and ensure complete security of your information we need you to send some identification documents. here". I already had provided the documents and now uploaded new too.

Kindly help me with this.
