  That's not quite true. When you finish a job, you must send in an invoice for the job. The buyer then approves the invoice and your funds are released. Sometimes it can take up to three working days before it goes into your wallet. Sometimes it's instant!

  Then, they can leave feedback and mark a job complete. You don't need to mark a job as "complete" before you are paid.

  Plus, you cannot do this - it is completely up to them. There is a little "Settings" cog at the top of the work stream, next to the title. There's a dropdown there and the buyer should see "Mark work stream as completed"

  There should also be an option when leaving feedback - they can tick the box saying this here too.

  Let say i am getting a graphic design, do I pay the invoice before or after i get the design jpg/png files?
