I have upload my document on the payoneer account approval platform but yet to see my account approve for withdrawal?

 

Please i need a proactive action on this.

  Thank you for your message.

  I'm afraid we won't accept hand written documents as proof. If you don't have utility bill then you can attach your Driving license or bank statement that shows your name and address on it.
