I am not being able to withdraw funds to Paypal

I'm trying to withdraw funds to PayPal but PPH is not letting me select PayPal account as where the funds should go. And then as I hit enter it comes up with the message that withdrawal account cannot be blank. I'm confused. This has never happened before. Any ideas anybody?

  Hello,it is a continuously problems..it is occuring me any time I want to withdraw money. I can not withdraw money to my Pay Pal account!I don't know what has happened but i have done this action many other times and it functiened perfeclty,recently i can't do this action anymore. Please help me ,transaction was declined by paypal. Please help. Thanks,Arch
