Refunded with fee
Hello,
I've purchased a hourlie on 02 JUL 2016 that should be ready on 08 JUL 2016.I've all the materials needed but the seller didn't even reply.
Finally yesterday he replied that he can't do the job and if i want another job or to refund me and i said to refund me.
I got the full refund but with a fee of $4.50.It wasn't my fault so I would like a full refund. I've tried to contact Customer Support but i get a blank page and on IE i get "Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate. " .

There is a 10% refund fee, check terms page 6.2 and 6.4
" In case a Buyer is entitled to a refund, the Buyer receives the funds requested according to Section 6.3 minus a refund fee equal to 10% of the requested amount. The refund fee is waived in case the Seller is at fault for the refund per Section 6.4 "
