Genuine profile picture

Hello,

I submitted my original application with a photo I had taken of a notepad and vase, but received a reply from PPH stating I had to resubmit my application with a 'genuine profile picture'.  I have interpreted this as providing an image of me as opposed to just 'objects'.  I have just submitted a photo of me only to get the same response again.

Is this an error?  Any guidance would be much appreciated.

  I have provided with my Profile Pic for my Profile several times but each time your team reverts back to me to provide with a genuine profile picture again.So please let me know what are your requirements for a genuine profile picture.This is Exhausting!

   The same thing has happened to me I have submitted a picture and it is telling me to submit a genuine picture... If you look at the pictures of other sellers they are not professional images. So could someone please explain the problem.

  Hi Team!

  I am a new seller user and selected week option for checking my account but I had to re-submit my profile for the 3rd time as it says I don't have a genuine profile picture. I've tried 2 different pics but same message.

  Can someone please help?
