Why I cant submit any new proposal right now?

I have tried to submit proposal but there is showing this message: """"In order to send a Proposal, you should get your Seller Application approved"""" Another problem with when i select REMOTE AS WELL AS ON-SITE WORK and input my Zip code and City name there is also showing that i have used wrong City... How can I solve it...?

  Hi,

  I can not submit proposal to any project. Whenever i try to submit they say that your seller application is not approved. Need help. Waiting on your reply.

  I am unable to send Proposal for job but the send pop up with

  "YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT DEBIT AMOUNT OF 8.50$".

  PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD ANS I CAN NOT AFFORD RIGHT

  NOW PLEASE DEDUCT AMOUNT FROM MY EARNED AMOUNT LATE

  BUT ABLE MY ACCOUNT TO APPLY FOR MORE PROPOSALS.
