How will i know when i can start the job? i have not recieved response form my email ? why ?

  Many thanks for your message.
  You can start the job as soon as your proposal is accepted or your Hourlie is purchased and you receive all of the information you need to get started. if you have not yet received everything you need to get started, please prompt the buyer to provide this asap.
