Hello PPH team,

Good day, I have a concern about my response time. I was out of town for 2 months and the internet there is not reliable and a client has been trying to contact me but i could only reply late because of the net.

Is it possible to change it back to within a couple of hours?

I hope to hear from you guys soon.
