Being Charged International Transfer Fees for Domestic Transfer

Hi, I live in Thailand but use a bank with an international office in both London and New York and as a result have always managed to avoid paying international transfer fees. I assume the fee is an automatic one in your system due to my place of residency being listed as in Thailand, but I need some customer service assistance to ensure I am not charged for an international wire transfer when I, in fact, need only a domestic one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
