My paypal verification is in pending

Hello, I would like to ask that why my paypal account is still in pending for verification, it's about almost 2 weeks, that I have submitted my documents (required statement etc) for activation of my account, so that the amount in my Escrow account can transfer to my paypal account.

 

I am waiting for response, but there is no update regarding it. According to rules, only 3 working days are require that need to verify the account. I tried to write about this one before as well, but no response.

Can anyone please guide/help me about this one.
