Documents "Under Review"

 I submitted my identification docs I think 3 days ago now and they are still saying "under review". I was wondering how long it is supposed to take? I would like to withdraw funds asap.

  I submitted my paypal docs more than a week ago. It still says "under review". How much time will it take ? I need the funds in my a/c asap.
