I accidently withdraw the money to the closed account

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I accidently withdraw the money  -£353.00 in the bank that is not operational anymore . Now I have talked to bank they said that the money is refunded to people per hour as your account is not operational. Please look into it and solve my issue as soon as possible. I already submitted a ticked 12 days ago but still did not receive any response from your side.
