'Find Freelancer' function impossible

I'm trying to use the 'Find Freelancer' option to find a particular freelancer (I figured that's what it was for). I've worked with him off PPH and I know he's on here and want to contact him. So I entered his first name. Let's call him Bob, for anonymity.

So, I enter 'Bob' in the Find Freelancer search, and within the first three pages (I didn't look any further) there were no freelancers called Bob. Lots of other names, definitely no Bobs.

I'm guessing the Find Freelancer feature is geared towards people looking for keywords within a freelancer's profile such as 'marketing' or 'monkey breeding', but it would be really, really useful if there were also a way of looking freelancers up by name.

Perhaps there is and I've totally missed it. Let me know. Thanks.
