Payoneer Account Pending

I have added payoneer account from 2 weeks. it still is not approved. and today i requested a payment of 100$. Will i receive the payment?. Please help me with this. And approve my payoneer account

  I have gone over your account and I can confirm that your Payoneer account is verified, so you will be able now to request a withdrawal, however, you still need to provide a copy of your ID and of a recent utility bill in order to verify your PPH account so the withdrawal will be processed by our payments team.

  For security reasons, every user when requesting a withdrawal of funds has to provide identification documents from the Settings page in their account. Once logged in to your account please click on your profile image in the top right hand side of any page and then select 'Settings' from the drop down menu. Under the heading 'Settings' please click the "Payments" tab, and then add the required identification documents at the bottom, or use the link once you have logged in to your account to get redirected.
