Email address change

Im trying to change my contact email address under settings. The one currently being used is for a domain that we are closing shortly. I enter the new address, twice as requested but it does not seem to be updating.

Really need this changed as the domain is soon to be closed and will no longer be able to receive emails.

  Hi - I also need to change my email address - please can this be updated for me / a ticket be opened? I accidentally used my personal email when opening the account

  It looks as though my problem is unresolved? Should be straightforward to change an email address surely?

  I need to change my email address but there are NO instructions,  this should be an relatively easy task.

  I have unsubscribed my existing email and open the new email with new account. now i would like to replace my old email which i am using regularly. but the response says your email id already exits. what can i do.?
